A "beautiful location" and "relaxing casitas" with "private outdoor hot tubs" elevate this otherwise "just ok" resort with "warm service" near one of Scottsdale's toniest malls; though "pleasantly surprised" guests would stay there again, others who mark it "dated" "thought it'd be a lot nicer that it was."

Set up as a private residence.
Room was hot, private hot tub was closed down. far to walk to car.

Great location. Room was very clean. Very private. Long way from car. Pool lounge never open to get drinks/food/ had closed up private spa due to new law. That was disappointing.

Casita style property with lawn, walking path, incorporates nature into one's stay.
Rooms were terribly outdated, not well taken care of, small TV's.

This hotel has potential but the rooms must be updated. The pool was nice though heavily chlorinated, activities and games found throughout the property were fun to stumble upon, and while walking on the path we spotted lizards and rabbits - an added bonus. ...read more

This hotel told me at checkout that I had to pay an additional $10/day resort fee that was not disclosed at check-in.

Room had every convenience. Parking very convenient.

I was pleasantly surprised with the room. It was immaculately clean, had all the amenities, and the parking was very close to the room. The swimming pool, spa and other amenities were well maintained and a delight to use. The only complaint was their attempt to charge a resort fee that was not brought to my attention by the hotel staff when I check in. They waived the fee when I complained. Overall I liked the hotel and would definitely stay there again. ...read more

Aesthetically pleasing, capacious grounds, provided a walking trail, friendly and well located.

This is an older motel on 125 acres. It had a non-commercial feel to it and provided quietness in a very busy area of town. Friendly staff with friendly clientele.

Bed quality was poor. Everything else was fine.

If I could have gotten a decent night sleep, I would rave about the hotel. The bed was so uncomfortable that it was hard to sleep.
