For the most part the staff was very pleasant and helpful.
The sofa sleeper bed was not comfortable.

The housekeeping staff was friendly and did a good job of meeting our needs.
There is nothing we did not like about this hotel.
The Varsity Club of America hotel offers a very comfortable stay that has a very good housekeeping staff. The rooms are spacious and are very clean, we especially enjoyed have a kitchenette to cook a quick meal or snack. There is plenty of things for kids to do as well, besides swimming. ...read more
