Fresh cosmetic upgrade in rooms very nice.
The beds were very hard and did not get good night sleep.

Staff extremely friendly. Requested refrigerator and extra luggage rack which was promised for next day, never received either one nor call or message why or why not. Hotels need to sweep their carpets around the walls and clean behind doors in restrooms. Bed was extremely uncomfortable to me as well as second person traveling with me. ...read more

It was close to my destination.
They did not clean my room or make the bed between nights.

The hotel was very nice and clean but they did not make my bed or clean the room between nights that I stayed. Very disappointing.

I always stay at this hotel, when I am in the area. It's great.
I liked everything. Their prices are great.

I've stayed at higher, priced places, & at red roof, I've never had a bad experience. Other places were dirty, & even had bugs. I never worry, when I book a room here. Keep up the good work.
