Staff was wonderful.

Overwhelming odor of chlorine in pool - indicates that usable chlorine has broken down and chemical reaction of non usable chlorine is happening.

Very nice & clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast and breakfast area was very nice.

Close to Ball State University.

For a 2-star hotel, it was fine. It is close to Ball State University which makes it very nice since we have a son attending college in Muncie.

The breakfast.

There were open doors with no one around and the rooms were not being used.

It is a nice hotel but not for the money we paid for it. Some of the doors were falling apart. The room was not as nice as I thought it would be either.

Breakfast selections were excellent.

Noise level in the room in which I stayed was fair.

This hotel is a fair value for the money. I stayed in a room just above the lobby and could hear staff members talking in the middle of the night.

The rooms needed maintenance. Mattress was bad, lamp broken, wi-fi minimal.

I do not expect much from any hotel located so near a college campus. This hotel was well-worn. The room needed maintenance and the king bed mattress was bad. The couch was not good at all.
