Ramada Inn Conference Center Wilmington

I will never stay at a Ramada again. This hotel was a dump. Very disappointing. .

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. This place was nasty; the location was in a bad part of town. My family and I went to the mall until it closed just to avoid being in that room. It had a terrible smell the towels were stained. When I checked others were complaining. The hotel felt extremely dirty. I was uncomfortable during my entire stay, especially considering the amount of money. I am not likely to return.

The hotel was OK.

I would not go back here as it seemed that the lobby presentation was excellent but the rooms were in horrible condition; hairdryer falling out of the wall, plumbing fall apart and just not in good repair at all. There were signs everywhere excusing them for the mess that they were in the process of renovating. We did not see any materials that would confirm that. Would not reccomend staying there.

when we come back to wilmington,NC we will not be staying at that hotel we will take our money elsewhere

For the most part everything was fine. The neighborhood a little rough. However, everything you need is nearby. The hotel itself is very run down and the air/heat unit would not shut off.
