Staying at this 19-story high-rise in the "charming" Burbank Village shopping district puts you "close to many Hollywood studios" and within "walking distance to a huge variety of restaurants and activities"; "free covered parking" and "large rooms" sweeten the deal, but much less appealing are the "uncomfortable beds", "hotel staff of average support and politeness" and the "clearly dated" furnishings that "scream 70s."

The cost of parking was included in the price of the room.
This hotel served its purpose. We needed an inexpensive room to stay overnight after a social event. The hotel was clean but drab. Many crews from the nearby Burbank airport appear to use this hotel.

I liked the location.
Perhaps there was a section of the hotel that was remodeled. The room I was in was not.
The hotel is in an excellent location close to lots of dining and shopping. The walls were thin and allowed for noise from neighbors although the neighbors were probably not unduly noisy. Liked that it had free WiFi. ...read more

I liked the friendly service, at the registration desk to the restaurant.
There wasn't anything I didn't like.
I enjoyed my three-night stay. The location was great and the hotel was comfortable. I received assistance in renting a car and got a good hotel deal.

Packages rubbery, not in the quality of other hotels in star rating.
The hotel is okay, but not the same quality of other star rated hotels we've tried. The free parking and WiFi was a plus, but they did not have a king bed, non smoking and put us in a double bed room.
