The location was, first and foremost, the over-riding factor in our selection of this hotel. Ease of check-in, hassle-free check out etc. Clean facility.

The elevator was a little dated perhaps. Being on the second floor - they could have stairways in better locations for those who would prefer.

Hotel key stopped working midway during stay.

Hotel situated in a nice, safe area with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Room provided to us was adequate for our needs.

The hours for breakfast and the food was good, breakfast attendant was very friendly.

No workout facility onsite. I needed aspirin and none was available.

I really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very quiet. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good.

The hotel I stayed in was at Tinley Park, IL. I liked the location. I was visiting my sons family near there so the location was the main thing I was looking for.
