Travelers on the wing "would gladly stay again" at this hotel with "fast, easy and free shuttle service" to O'Hare, where "clean", "inviting" rooms are "nothing special" yet "more than satisfactory", the adjustable Sleep Number beds are "great" (except those that "don't work"), comforters are "cozy", parking and Internet are complimentary, and the "staff is polite and unobtrusive"; "but don't stay here for a Chicago vacation", since aside from "chain restaurants" and "a shopping center" there is "little to do in the local area."

Room could have had some artwork.
The staff at the hotel from the front desk to housekeeping and maintenance offered the best service with a great attitude. The room was comfy but it would have been nice to have some pictures on the walls. It was a great value in a convenient (for my purposes) location.
