Family with Young Children
I feel that this hotel is very nice in appearance but the quality of staff and facilities were very poor. We specifically went to this hotel for the hot tub and swimming pool but the hot tub was freezing. When we asked the front desk attendant, she was too busy with a personal phone call. Also we went to the hotel so we would have a good night sleep to go skiing the next day. I can't explain to you how upset we were when the smoke alarm battery died at 1:45 am. My husband had to climb on the bed to dismantle the smoke alarm. I know we could have called the front desk to have someone change the battery but should we have strangers in our room at 2 am when our children are sleeping and we are in our bed clothes? We didn't get a good night sleep and we should have saved our money and drove up in the morning to go skiing. The front desk attendant didn't seem to care like she was bothered by our situation. Maybe I should have called her at home at 2 am to see if she was sleeping well? ...read more

This hotel was clean, well maintained and has an excellent staff. They were accommodating as our plans changed in the course of our stay. Compared to other comparable hotels in Uniontown PA, the cleanest, best maintained and friendliest at which we have stayed. We would definitely return. ...read more
