They upgraded us to a suite, loved it.
Entering the complex was very confusing.
The casino/hotel was excellent, was charged additional fees upon check in.

Crowded.
The suite that we stayed in was very large and comfortable, with 1 1/2 bathroom. Well worth the cost difference of a regular room. I thought the hotel was very expensive for the quality, yes there is a casino however for the amount of money the room smelled and I could not get room until 530 at night after I was told my reservation was all set by a manager at the hotel four days prior. I would stay at the hotel again but would anticipate better service from the entire staff. ...read more
