The hair dryer burned out, an exhust fa cover feel off.

The hotel was adequate, the room was small and poorly laid out. The hair dryer smoked out, an exhaust fan cover fell off and hit my wife in the head. Clean/Friendly/Pool/Hot tub was great.
Fitness room was small / had to travel to find restaurants.

Hotel was easy to find and easy access to highway. Very clean and well kept inside and outside. Employees very helpful and friendly. Location of the hotel is secure and safe.

No on-site restaurant/bar. Hotel starting to show some wear and tear. Wi-fi didn't work in the room.

Comfortable beds, great full American breakfast free of charge. Wi-fi didn't work in the room but the business office was available so that fit the bill.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating!
The carpet in our room and I didn't dare walk on it with bare feet.

Great staff! They were very warm and friendly, as well as very helpful with directions to the places we wanted to go see. As a former CPO (certified pool & spa operator), the pool was well below my standards and I did not feel very comfortable letting my daughter swim in it. The carpet in the room felt waxy. I felt uncomfortable having bare feet in my room. Those were my only two complains about this hotel. Everything else was great. ...read more
