Days Inn Helen

For starters the receptionist was rude. The hotel room was very small and cramp for a Suite. The sink was falling off the wall and half the lights were missing in the jacuzzi area. The headboard was also falling off the wall and the bed was very hard. The ceiling fan which I almost hit my head on was covered in dust built up like its been there forever, like 1/2 in thick. The carpet was old and dirty the beds were a little worn out the bathroom light was burned out but they did come and fix it the curturn rod that covers the window fell off the bathroom tub needed some caucking around the facute. ...read more

The hotel service was good and everything was in order and there were no issues while staying there. The continental breakfast had cereal, muffins and sausage & biscuits. Hotel staff was very accommodating and attentive to guest needs. Rooms were clean, water pressure was good, showers had plenty of hot water. Nothing really good to say. The lobby was reminiscent of a cheap hotel in a slum district in San Francisco.

When you arrive you think it may not be top of the line but it looks comfortable. Easy check in and friendly staff. Put us right by the pool..easy to walk to town, lots of restaurants..good location.

Great stay for the money, I would stay here again. The man at the font desk was helpful.

The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was very good, wasn't bunch of junk food was healthy things, it was very nice place.
