It could use a continental breakfast and the plumming had some issues. It took a long time to get hot water and the toilet was not working quite right.

No free coffee or any other amenities.

Had a feeling of just a place to rest at night, very impersonal and offered not one complimentary thing. Coffee maker in room was broken and they offered nothing in the lobby to make up for that, and the quality of the coffee in the cafe was terrible. Accommodations were adequate, the room was large, the bath could use some updating, tub was worn and very tiny bath.

The room temperature
was 80+ and there was no way to cool off the room. The bed also had a bad smell.

I left behind my battery charger and they will only send it back to me if I give them a credit card number. I have never in the past been charge if I accidently left something.

The location was excellent. The room was better than expected.
Public areas need updating now, rooms next.

Wonderful location a block and one half away from Time Warner Center. The hotel caters to many European tourists traveling low to mid range.

We have been provided with a smoking room while having bid for a non smoking one. Staff was not even considering our remarks.
