Ramada Plaza New Yorker Hotel

I would definitely stay here again! I wanted a last-minute get-away for the Thanksgiving Holiday and boy did I get one! Many of the Macy's parade workers stayed here, which could have made workers stressed, but everyone was quite friendly and accommodating. The lady at the front desk even upgraded my room for free! Great location, friendly staff, room was OK.

A great place to stay with a great location! It is clean, the staff is friendly, and helpful with questions. I also liked that I could check out of the hotel and leave my bags stored with the bell hop ($1 a bag) while venturing out to the city a little longer and before having to pick up my car. The fee for having my car parked by the hotel was only $35 as opposed to $50/60. Overall the hotel itself was a great choice! I bid a price that I thought I would never get for the Saturday before Thanksgiving holiday weekend. All accommodations were great! The lobby was so nice to sit, enjoy watching the busy crowds coming & going. Delta delayed our luggage 24 hours and the hotel staff was so great about the situation, toothbrushes sent to our room, and the bell hop captain wrote personal note to have staff watch out for our luggage. ...read more
