Poor service and rude desk service would not give any information on my bill.

Will never stay there again. Manager would not give me a copy of my bill and told me if I would have call them directly, I would get a better rate.

Location.

Old, and room was very hot.

Room did not have air conditioning turned on and it took 5 hours for it to cool off. Never really got very cool.

Close to eating establishments.

Mold in fridge and microwave.

There was mold and old food in the microwave. Room had a moldy fridge and the toilet was coming off the floor. Our fridge was exchanged. The pool was clean but not the patio around the pool.
