Holiday Inn Express Perris-East

It's was a nice hotel. Loved the whirlpool tub. They could offer more channels on the TV instead of there being only like 7. The only thing I hated was the false fire alarm at 5 am.

Overall a good experience. Clean and comfortable for the great price we received. Great continental breakfast and the service provided for it.

Rooms very clean / only one ice machine/ only one dryer in the wash room.

Over all the hotel was nice, we especially liked the breakfast. excellent!!!! and its not donuts with oj. you get a hot breakfast. my family really enjoyed.

The location was convenient - close to restaurants and the freeway. The room was clean and kept well-stocked during my five-night stay. The staff was adequately polite, but I wouldn't say friendly. No air conditioning in the lobby or in the hallways, so waiting for others became uncomfortable. Also, on my last night I inquired if someone would be available at the desk for my 4 am check-out and was assured someone is here all the time. But when I arrived at the desk it was deserted. I called out for assistance - no answer. Nor was there a response to my knocking on the office door. I finally had to write a note and leave it with my room keys without actually signing off on the room. The next day I called from home to verify management had received my note/keys, but was immediately put on hold then transferred to another number where no one answered.
