I think that the front desk personnel has excellent customer care skills. I experienced problems with the toilet which was running and was not flushing. The maintenance person came promptly and solved the problem. There were no coffee cups or facial tissues in the room and that problem was solved too. The cleanness was not on top, because I discovered an old used towel in the bathroom which was not removed, so that made me wonder how good the bathroom cleaning was done....but the front desk personnel took good care of me and compensated with a free breakfast coupons, which I found appropriate. ...read more

Location was great! Staff was friendly, however evening front desk was understaffed. Hotel amenities were nice. Room needed a lot of work! Not only was the room dark, but it had a lot of maintenance issues. ...read more

When I arrived in my room it was midnight. The bathroom had a dead roach which I placed in the toilet. When I woke up there was a live roach on the wall and several dead roaches on the carpet which I didn't notice when I arrived (it was late). This was a terrible experience. ...read more

The hotel was okay , at best . The staff seemed to be untrained and rude. The room was sufficient
but the climate control did not work. The property was too big we got lost driving to our room.
