Ameristay Portsmouth

The staff is very polite and eager to help. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, although the hotel in general could use a bit of updating. Overall, I was quite pleased with my stay.

The hotel was clean with easy access, was decent enough for just a one night stay. We were very disappointed that the pool was shut down. My family was looking very forward to swimming.

Getting tired of pools taking their pools out of service and playing like it is only temporary.

We stayed in the hotel for one night, but if it would have been a longer stay I would have looked for something else. The room was not clean and the pool was out of order.

Comfortable mattresses, spacious rooms, more than 5 choices on the television, this was a positive experience for me. I travel approximately ten times a year and was very impressed with the room. This hotel is convenient for us as we come through Portsmouth. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious with all the necessities.

Good value for the price but hotel needs to spend some money to up fit facilities.
