Excellent location. Spacious room.
Older style hotel and is a little run-down.
Hotel was pretty much what

Clean, friendly and close to bus line in the area.
No coffee pot in room.
I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the room was and the grounds were well kept. Pleasant people. If I go back to Orlando I would stay there again.

The smoke detector kept going of every time we tried to use the heater. We were woken up by about 5 other rooms with their smoke dectors going off.
