The room was old and the view from the window was a wall.

The hotel itself is nice and is located in the middle of the strip. Expensive straight down to the $7.00 coffee. The front desk staff could use a little more cheer and seemed overworked.

No $5 dollar blackjack tables in the casino.

Location, food, access to shopping mall, great machines.
The room had not been updated. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. You had to use a credit card to activate the safe in the room.

The hotel is great - beautifully decorated for the holiday, kind and attentive staff, located in a great area of the strip.

Couldn't check in early, room was okay.

Hotel policy didn't let us check in early and they couldn't do anything about it because they were full, yet after our first lady we talked to was not friendly and told us they were booked, we went to another person, and he was friendly and switched things around so that we were able to check in early. ...read more
