The staff was accommodating.

This hotel was infested with roaches and mold.

The hotel was relatively attractive on the outside as well as in the room. We transferred rooms about 4 times. Issues ranging from mold to bugs. Not just several bugs, it was truly indescribable the bugs that were in these rooms. The staff didn't deny that there was a serious problem. ...read more

The staff responded quickly to our complaints.

The drawers were broken and there were spots on the walls.

Absolutely nothing.

Disgusting, filthy, open jar of pb & j for breakfast, holey sheets, hair in shower and bed.

This was the most horrible place that I have ever been to in my life. It was beyond disgusting!!

Location was suitable.

Not updated, poor odor in room, appeared dirty. Very disappointed in this stay.

If I could have, after seeing the room, I would have checked out. Facility seemed dirty and smelled particularly bad. Coffee pot in room should be thoroughly cleaned or replaced. Bath fixtures should be replaced. This facility may have been one of the worst "National brand" hotels in which I've ever stayed. ...read more
