All staff called guests by name. Very good.

Noisy, windows are not noise treated.

Excellent location, friendly, excellent breakfast included, was given a suite for the price of a regular room. Excellent overall rating. I will stay again if rate is right.

I thought the staff was fantastic.

No ventilation and much noise on the street side.

I thought the hotel was good and was a good value with free breakfast. There was much noise on the street side even with the windows closed. I would think they would need to upgrade the windows. The room was kind of warm and they supplied a fan with no problems. What struck me the most was that the room did not have ventilation so pretty much you had to leave the windows open. I thought the staff was great. They did everything I needed and went beyond.

On the main road side, it was very noisy even with the windows closed. I think they should do something about that.

I thought the hotel was fantastic for the money in Bogota. They have a good restaurant and I thought the food was good. Breakfast was free which was great. I had to change my room to a location on the opposite side because it was too noisy on the road side even with the windows closed. There is no ventilation so I had to request a fan to stay cool at night because believe it; it does get a little warm during the day when you are on the top level.
