Attractive appearance.

Overcharge, expect more for money (ex. no breakfast), cold hot tub.

Overpriced hotel. Plenty of glitz and would be fine for business travelers, but for the quality of service and features were poor for the money. No breakfast was included, all requested service was slow, the staff could not give accurate answers and would cover up by lying, for example I got 3 different answers for when checkout was. At $165 in Colombia I would expect breakfast but it was an extra $15 per person. ...read more
