Very poor service.
Our experience: First, we couldn't get into the room for 30 minutes since the key didn't work. Once got into the room, the lights didn't work, including railing, table and bed head. When trying take a shower, there was no towel, soap, or shampoo. When trying to tell the front desk what we need, the phone had no ring tone. Running down the stairs to the front desk asking for what we needed (twice), was told they would deliver them soon - we waited - for 12 hours, and nothing. Thank you! ...read more

Nothing.
It was filthy, run down, and in a dangerous area.
The room was disgusting and filthy, reeking of smoke. The bathroom was so dirty we did not shower.
