Confusion with reservation. Non smoke request,
smoking room! Subcontract vendor confused registration process.

Wanted non smoking room and ended up with smoking room that smelled like it! Desk staff did accomodate us with neutralizer spray since no other room was available. We all still smelled like cig smoke though! ...read more

The location was excellent. It is very quiet because you are surrounded by acres of fresh cut lawn and trees. Very nice pool in the back.

Location.

No heat the first night, it was cold & damp outside.

The system the hotel is on is based on outside temperature. We had no heat the first night. They gave one couple a small heater. The other 2 couples had no heat. There was heat the next day when we came back. We wanted to play cards, and they did tell us we could play in the conference room, that was nice. There was a sign on the highway, but hotel located at top of hill, and there was no identification on the building, we weren't sure we had the right place, rooms were clean. ...read more

Low price.

Lack of internet and poor shower facilities.

The internet never worked one evening and the shower/bath didn't work properly. The shower and tub faucet together. Could not turn one of them off without the other.

The hotel and our room was very clean, nice looking, and comfortable.

There was nothing that I did not like!

Just the location is good.

The staff is not courteous. They did not even offer a discount for the inconvenience caused. Nerver cared to respond when we called about power failure.

The place is really old and the rooms are awful. The service is bad (heaters not working). There is nothing exciting about this place, avoid this place if possible.

No indoor pool.

A 10 all the was around, great and helpful staff, the room was great, nice fluffy pillows, I thought this would have been close to a 3 star hotel.

The room needed vacuuming.

Not bad, but quite dated and the carpet in the room looked like it needed vacuuming.
