Convenient location within a few minutes of Bricktown.
Close to a truck stop

Excellent hotel for the price. Room was recently renovated so fixtures / bathroom was in good working order and clean. The lobby was very clean, neat and had a professional appearance with extremely friendly staff. ...read more

Nothing.
The pool was drained/remaining water was green. The area was unsafe, I questioned leaving my car parked outside. Hotel staff's appearance was poor.

I was embarrassed to have booked this hotel to stay at while traveling to OKC to run a Marathon. I asked for a late check out, which was granted until 2 pm. We returned to the room after the Marathon, looking forward to taking a shower and the room had been cleaned and the few remaining items we had left in the bathroom was gone. We spoke to the front desk and nothing was there to claim. I assume it was taken or thrown away. ...read more

Noisy location - across from truck stop.

The room was clean and comfortable. I wish it had a microwave and refrigerator. The staff was courteous and professional.

Leaving.
Noise, feeling of impending doom.

It was crummy.

Nothing! I checked out after 20 min. It was so disgusting.
Feces on door, cigarette holes on bed, mildewed carpet.

This place was gross. Hotel
is close proximity to the Brickyard Area. We checked in and checked out after a few minutes as the room stunk, cigarette burns on the bed (non smoking room!), and poo on the door. Not to mention that we overlooked the pool that had tons of trash floating. The lady at the front desk said swimming was available! ...read more

The female receptionist worked hard for us and was kind when we had to leave early due to an illness in the family.
Power failure, lukewarm water, bad heater, wind drafts at door.

Rooms need updating, heaters repaired, doors drafted cold wind. One receptionist was very friendly the other couldn't speak much English, computer was down at emergency checkout. We got no receipt and we are worried about our charges when we had to leave early for a family medical emergency. We got no sleep and we were feeling very cold when power was lost. I know they couldn't help that but had no backup. We only stayed one night. ...read more

The shower was hot.
Room was not cleaned.

The room had recently been remodeled and it was unfinished. There was a hole in the bathroom wall where the ventilator fan should be. Just empty space in the wall. Also the light fixture in the bathroom was not mounted correctly. In addition, my room was not cleaned and the beds were not made. ...read more

The location was very nice in its relation to both places I needed, Bricktown and Paseo District.
The bed size.

It was a smoking room. I got a room with two doubles, thinking we could fit 2 people in each bed, which you could if you were very close to them. Beds are a bit small. The bathroom was clean, but the grout in the shower was old and mildew. Overall, it was alright for not using the pool, the dining area, etc. ...read more
