It had clean towels, the room was very clean, bed was very comfortable.
The rest room was too small.

We have stayed at this hotel before and have always been pleased with it. Rooms are clean the beds are comfortable and the cleaning crew always do a good job making sure we have enough clean towels and they change the bed sheets also. ...read more

It was very close to Lackland Air Force Base which was very important to us.

If traveling to Lackland AFB, it is only about 10 minutes from base. However, they need to clean up and spruce up the motel.

The room we stayed is clean but the bathroom I think is still not yet done.

Well, the hotel is clean and comfortable to stay.

Hotel was clean and seemed to have honest employees.
Location we arrived early and was not allowed to check in until time.

Office staff could be little considerate to travelers unfamiliar with the area. The hotel needs more cleaning staff to make guests wait for maids to get around to cleaning your room is crazy. most guests are not familiar with the area and it could be dangerous to waste time in a big town waiting on staff to clean rooms so they can check in. ...read more
