Near many restaurants and metro stop.
Very small room and bathroom.

Positives: Near many restaurants, near metro stop, helpful and friendly staff, doesn't seem to be in a tourist area but it is still close to the Eiffel Tower. Negatives: Room and bathroom were very small, breakfast offered was expensive. Overall, if you are traveling light, it was worth the money.
