I was extremely disappointed by a hotel policy after our stay. When we checked out early in the morning, we accidentally left a child's library book on the table, and returned only 3 hours later when we discovered it had been forgotten. The cleaning staff had found it and thrown it in the trash! We had to dig through a few bags to find it. I can't believe they don't have a lost-and-found, at least for 24 hours after a reservation! And if they had just taken a closer look at the book, it was very obviously from a library, from a different state; how could they just discard it like a newspaper. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a great place to stay. Especially if you have a family you can save so much money by cooking your own food, and using the fridge.
