Courteous, helpful staff and convenient location.
It was slightly more than I would have ideally spent for the trip, but well worth the expense.
Overall, this hotel met or exceeded al of my expectations. Friendly staff, clean, attractive rooms, and a convenient location made this the perfect location for a relaxing trip to Montreal.

Friendly staff. Very nice, clean room, great location.
Our vehicle would not fit in the underground parking garage because of the car-top carrier, so parking was a problem. Pool could have been cleaner.

The bell boys were very helpful and very respectful.
Breakfast wasn't free and hot.
The hotel was very clean but again for the price that you pay parking and breakfast should have been included. The room cards kept failing which was very frustrating.
