Like a bad dream.
I didn't like anything about it. Run down, dirty, poorly maintained. Swimming pool empty and lifted out of the ground, sidewalks broken, etc.

It is a slum.

Check-in was easy.
Mold under the bathroom sink, hole in the wall filled with paper, no bathtub or alarm clock.

When I saw pictures of it, it looked pretty nice. The main feature I looked was the jetted tub. In reality, it was the smallest, unkept place I've ever stayed.
