"Airline folks and business travelers" frequent this "newly remodeled" chain link, which sits "convenient to Downtown" and offers a "free airport shuttle"; "spacious" rooms have "pillowtop beds", "heavy drapes" and the "usual amenities", while "a nice coffee shop and a comfortable lobby area" are attended by a responsive staff; downsides include a "mediocre" restaurant, noise from both "big groups" and the "next-door dance joint" and a "neighborhood of strip clubs and tattoo parlors" that makes some surveyors "a little uncomfortable."

Hotel elevator was out of commission and we had to climb two flights of stairs to room!

Room furnishings are getting old.
Hotel is OK, but it did not meet my expectations for a 3-star hotel. The mattress was too soft, the pillows were uncomfortable, and in general the room looked dated.
