I was pleasingly surprised at the cleanliness, amenities and service. Room was large, whirlpool bath, many amenities etc. Shuttle service from airport was prompt and the driver checked me in and carried bags to my room. Very pleasant experience. Phones were out so no wake up call but the desk sent someone to my room to make sure I was awake and did not miss my early flight. ...read more

Solo Traveler
I was under the impression that this hotel was near the airport. The shuttle connection was impossible to find. After wandering around Mexico City airport in the wee hours of the morning, I finally took a cab. It was a $20 USD ride through some pretty tough areas - not exactly across the street, as I had been led to believe. However, once I arrived the room was fine and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The shuttle was fine the next day. The hotel was great, the people were friendly and efficient. The restaurant was good and the room was very nice. My kids especially enjoyed the Jacuzzi in the room.
