The beds were comfy and the location was great. The staff was very helpful.

I traveled with friends so this was just the kind of place we were looking for. The staff was very accommodating for us on the day we left. We wanted to snorkel but our plane did not leave until 5p.m. Although checkout was at 11 they graciously gave us a late check out free of charge so that we could take a shower and such after snorkeling. Perfect location. You could walk to restaurants, bars, beach, activities and the center of town. The continental breakfast was very good.

Power went out daily but that was Belize not just this hotel.

Perfect location, right on the beach. The water taxi is at the edge of the pier along with a local bar. Within walking distance of restaurants, bars, local market and shops. Very nice staff. Free filtered water for the guests. You could plan your activities with the hotel if you wish. We booked our internal flight and rented a golf cart with the hotel without a problem. The room we stayed in was quiet. Very happy with this hotel. I would go again and certainly recommend it. ...read more
