I liked the price, the grounds, and the location.

I felt it was outdated and a bit dingy.

The grounds were beautiful, but the room we stayed in felt outdated and a bit dingy. The bed was very hard, and the bathroom needs new caulking. I was glad to have an AC unit in our room, even though it was quite noisy. ...read more

It was very run down, appeared to be neglected.

We stayed only one night while waiting for our timeshare in Kaanapali. The hotel was dingy, appeared run down, some buildings were uninhabitable, the pool was under repair, there was a lizard crawling around our room! Great location and wonderful ocean view.

It was wearing out and needed a little updating.

We have stayed twice now at this hotel and the location and ocean view are priceless. The staff are very friendly and respond immediately to your needs.

It was very old and not updated.

The room had a little smell, it was clean. But everything was really old and kind of grungy looking. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space

Needs serious maintenance.
