Fridge in room.

A large motorcycle gang was partying until 5:30 AM, the hotel staff did not enforce quiet .

I was very disappointed on the 3rd night a large motorcycle gang was partying, and making a horrendous amount of noise, repeated calls to the front desk did not enforce quiet after midnight. The were disruptive until 5:30 AM, I had to be in a class at 8:00 Am, and got no sleep. ...read more

The hotel is located very close to all the areas I needed to travel throughout the City!

The pool area is in need of an upgrade!

During my stay i was delayed an extra day. I went back online to book the room for another night. The hotel manager didn't seem too pleased. The desk clerk and manager were kinda giving me the business. I explained that I travel quite frequently and always find it comforting to have my room already taken care of and

Poor and unfriendly staff.

The room we were in, one of the beds did not even have a fitted sheet and/or was not made properly. Next they had a piece of wood with nails sticking out of it that my child found next to the bed and hit her head on it. They did not take the issue seriously at all. The breakfast and coffee was poor. We also saw bugs in the elevator and hotel was not clean inside or outside. I would never go back or tell anyone at all to go there. This was my second time staying at the hotel and each visit was good.

An in-room refrigerator would be good. Did not like adjoining room door.

Hotel and rooms are clean. Hotel staff is courteous and friendly. Offered a room service daily.

Convenience and Cost

Needs remodeled

I did not like that the cleaning people were mopping the floor in the lobby at the time of check out. The pool needs an upgrade as did the room. Overall the place was clean and safe.
