The beds were comfortable.
Safety of the room was questionable. Door was warped.

The appearance on the outside of the hotel was nice. The staff person was nice and check in was quick. The pool is unheated but kept clean. The room where do I start. The door to the room was warped and didn't close completely at the top. There were two locks but probably could have been broken in to without much force. There were several outlets that had burned out at some point. The air condition was nice and kept the room very cool. The toilet rocked and made a lot of noise when someone used it. The shower pressure was great but the handle leaked so water was everywhere. The cleanliness of the bathroom could have used some help.. hair was on the floor, some of the towels and the shower curtain had something on them. There were spots on the ceiling where you could tell water had leaked and there was some mold in the caulking of the shower. There was also a lot of room between the bottom of the entry door and the floor. There was a family reunion on the 3rd night we were there and they might as well have been in our room up until that night there were only a few of us in the restaurant. The breakfast was ok.
Yogurt, fruit (apples and a melon) and breads. There were a couple of cereal options but by the weekend that had diminished to one option.

While entering the view looked really nice
We felt some areas were deceiving.

We wouldn't stay here again. We met a couple that stayed in the area by the pool, in a really nice room. They paid the same amount as us. This was a disapointment to us, because our rooms weren't that nice. One sink had a drip constantly. Double beds and only one towel and one cup? ...read more

Room and lobby was very clean
Jacuzzi didn't work, pool was a little dirty

Overall we had a nice stay. It's clear the hotel is still undergoing renovations. There were workers painting the atrium area when we were there. The continental breakfast was VERY limited. The room was nice and very clean. ...read more

Extremely clean and well organized. Lobby was tasteful, staff was friendly.

Very clean with a tasteful lobby. Many of the rooms are gathered around a swimming area which is also near the area where a continental breakfast is served. It isn't loud but you may want to consider this if you intend to turn in early. Keeping a constant temperature in the rooms can be a bit tricky. ...read more

The room was awesome!
The exterior could use updating.

Don't judge a book by its cover. When we pulled into the parking lot we were disappointed. The paint is chipping and to be honest it looked pretty run down. But, we went inside and were so surprised! The interior is awesome! They are in the process of remodeling and apparently are working on the rooms and lobby first. I highly recommend this hotel, you will be pleased! The pool area is beautiful! One word of caution, the hot water is scalding! ...read more
