Solo Traveler
The carpet was nasty, the room smelled like smoke, and the ceiling had damage and looked like it could fall in any minute. The air conditioner did not work properly.

I enjoyed the hotel and the staff. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. However, I felt they cut corners when it came to the lobby. I did not see anyone vacuuming the lobby or the hallways, or shining the tables. Everything appeared cleaned, but actually was not. I love to clean so I notice such things. Traveling as Couple
I inquired about the pool and was told by the staff on duty that the pool was closed.
I would have liked to know that when.
Room was clean, the breakfast was good and filling. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The reception at the desk was amazing, smart, attractive, and helpful. The room was too warm when we arrived so we had to turn the AC on in December. My friends and I came for a wedding. The hotel room was very clean. It was close to the wedding and the reception. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

We enjoyed the location of the hotel. It was quiet and set back off the main highway. However, convenient to shopping and restaurants. The linens on the beds were very nice.
