The location is very central and a great place to start a tour of Paris.
Room was small and had no view, but we only used the room for sleeping!

This hotel met our expectations for a basic 3 star in central Paris. The room was small and the furniture/bedding was dated, but everything was clean and we felt very safe. The bathroom was bright and functional, although the hair dryer was quite old and didn't work that well. Front desk staff was welcoming and we had no issues with checking in or out. ...read more

The staff was great and very helpful.
Small room with dirty carpets.

The lobby and staff were nice, the rooms left a lot to be desired.

It was walking distance from the Madeline, an area we wanted to know better.
Tiny, lots of things did not work and they could not fix them.

It was in an ethnic area with large soup kitchens in the park at the corner several nights a week. The room was tiny and hot. There were screaming babies echoing up the central courtyard day and night. I would not risk my few romatic days in Paris. ...read more

Location was all it really had going for it self.
Hotel is worn down. Dim lighting throughout hotel.

The staff didn't really speak English, so it was hard to communicate, but they did try and be friendly.
I checked into the hotel to get some sleep, but i did not get that. They started cleaning early and were constantly slamming the door beside my room.

There was nothing horrible about this hotel. The rooms were OK, but they were out of date and the cleaners were so loud in the morning that I regretted checking into the hotel.

Hotel staffs are quite friendly and helpful.
Too noisy starting at 7 am and on for hours; lights in corridor are too dark.

The hotel is old but well-maintained. The lobby is clean and has a computer for use by guests (charged by minute). The hotel staffs are quite friendly and helpful.

Location.
Our belongings were stolen from our locked hotel room and the staff did not apologize or compensate in any way. Poor customer service!

The woman at the front desk was not very helpful or concerned, she told us to return in the morning and we could speak with the manager. The manager was not there the following morning and we were told he wouldn't be there until the next day. He took our information and promised to contact us but we have yet to hear from anyone from the hotel. Even if you put your valuable belongings in the safe (ours was broken) you still risk having someone from the hotel staff come in a go through your suitcases. The staff was pleasant enough at first but did not seem the least bit concerned when we came to them with a problem. Very poor customer service. ...read more
