Business Traveler
This is a terrific hotel if you are interested in seeing Madrid museums. It is across the street from the Prado, and blocks from Thyssen-Bornemisza and Reina Sofia. The Atocha train station is also convenient, and many good restaurants about a 10 minute walk away, while the local area is quiet. Traveling as Couple
We are a senior citizen couple, and found the hotel to be perfect. The location, across the street from the Prado Museum, and near transportation, was excellent. It was clean and efficient, and staff was exceedingly helpful. The only negative was lack of a full service restaurant. It did serve a fine breakfast, but that was expensive.
