The hotel was great, they just needed to vacuum and dust and keep it clean, other than that the hotel was fine.
It looked like they did not own a vacuum cleaner or knew how to dust.

Just that it needed to be cleaner. The fan in the bathroom was very noisy. Little things in the room we stayed in needed to be fixed. Like the door on the heater was broken off. It was only 9:30, checkout time was 11:00. We were not ready to leave and the maid came and knocked on our door and wanted to clean it. We felt a little rushed. This is a nice and convenient place to stay. They just need to keep it cleaner. The entry way had not been vacuumed for a long time. The hallways were dirty. Our room needed a good vacuum job. It was very dusty. Someone had been smoking in the hallway. ...read more

The room was generally not very clean. The bathroom counter, mirrors and sink were especially bad.

The staff.
Dirty.

The hotel was dirty and the hallways smelled of tobacco and alcohol. Many loud and drunken people in the halls during the night. The power went out in the rooms on our hall but nowhere else. I have never felt like I deserved a refund before now. I refused to stay in the hotel the second night and rented another room at a different hotel. ...read more

Quiet.
Needs a lot of upgrading.

Despite the other negative comments on this hotel, I found my room clean and quiet. However, the hotel in general needs a serious upgrade.

Water leaked from the shower above the bath tub. The ceiling was rusted.

There were drunk people outside our room on the grass laughing and talking.

Nothing!
The beds were like V's - no one could sleep! Motel 6 across the ways was probably better!

This hotel was the worst hotel my family stayed in on our trip. We stayed in 5 hotels. The other guests of the hotel were a little scary, and there was a guy next to us smoking outside his non-smoking room, and in front of our room - making it a smoking room. But that wasn't the worst! The beds were hideous. They were like giant V's, where we all met in the middle, and couldn't get out. At 1:00 am none of us were sleeping, and we considered leaving to sleep in the car. Instead, I opted to sleep in an air mattress on the floor so my husband (our driver) could get some sleep. This was the worst experience of our vacation! ...read more
