There was an electronic folding door right outside my room near the elevator that started beeping at 3:00 am waking me. I told the hotel staff about this and they sent a person up to push the door back & forth until the beeping stopped. The following morning the same door started beeping again at 2:30 AM waking me. I told the staff and they agreed to move me to another room with an upgrade to a suite. The manager was accommodating after the second sleepless night but I thought the beeping door should have been fixed after the first episode. ...read more

The shuttle service was very reliable and the staff were very accomodating to when we needed a ride. That was a great perk for staying there.

The hotel was located in an industrial park so there is not a pretty view but was quiet and close to Legoland.

The hotel was close proximity to legoland, free shuttle to and from park. Room was very clean and comfortable, friendly staff.
