Overall the room is clean and the staff are good, but it is far from major transport. You need a taxi to get to CTA or you can walk to Metro. Be wary, North-Central line does not run on weekends, but the train to Elgin does, you can walk to both Metros, but plan out the time. ...read more

Staff is friendly. Very poor location. Not public transit nearby, loud traffic and train nearby.

The staff members could not speak English, so we had to repeat our request for another towel three times. They then acted as if our request was a huge inconvenience. Great for the price, friendly staff and the bathrooms were clean!

We were expecting a clean modest priced hotel. It was not very clean, we did not feel safe there, because of neighborhood.

Will not recommend this hotel to my family or friends because of the owner who will not even work with his clients for a better stay.

This was a great hotel for the price. It was in a good neighborhood and the workers were friendly.
