Business Traveler
Room was fine. Free internet was great. Price was a good for an early morning layover. The shuttle was good, but needed 45 minutes window. A shuttle that leaves every 15 minutes would be better.

The hotel had free internet access, free wi-fi, continental breakfast but it will cost you extra, GREAT FREE shuttle service, very close to Newark airport, room very comfortable, flat screen tv on the wall, great house keeping service. It was an OK place to stay for 1 night. Not sure I would stay there again, pillows were very uncomfortable & TV sound was awful!

Our TV didn't work, so they sent up maintains, and within minutes
I was being moved to a different room, which they upgraded me with! very pleasant! free parking.

There is no public transportation from Newark International Airport to the hotel. If you do not drive a car, the only way is using the hotel shuttle bus. But, comparing with other hotels in the same area, the frequency of its shuttle bus is too low. One night, I wait for the shuttle bus for 35 minutes after I called the hotel! I think it has to provide a higher frequency of shuttle bus. Otherwise, people will choose other hotels. ...read more
