Family with Young Children
I was pleasantly surprised at the superb quality of hotel. It really was a 4* hotel in all ways. Staff were quick to help and even when it really wasn't required of them. Traveling as Couple
Nice hotel, I am new to using priceline and didn't realize that I should call right away to reserve my room type. As a result we got a double room. And that didn't mean two queen beds, it meant two double beds. That's way too small. I've never been to a hotel that. Had double beds. Especially in something that is supposed to be a 4 star. The only other problem was the smokers down the Hall from us. It was drifting into our room and when we complained I think they should have done a better job getting rid of these people. If you don't have a car they offer a shuttle service to the mall. There are no times listed on the website of when the shuttle runs. call in advance , picks up across from bus terminal at mall. Called the hotel 4 different times. And got 3 different answers regarding the shuttle service. No shuttle service run times on website. ...read more

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was brand new so everything was spotless and in wonderful shape. They looked after details well and the atmosphere was comfortable and classy.
