Very friendly and helpful staff.
Room was extremely small.

Although rooms are small, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Major Paris attractions are a short train or taxi ride away (approx. 15-30 minutes). Hotel offers reliable shuttle service conveniently located to train station where you can take Metro and per trains into Paris and other points in France. ...read more

It is lovely hotel and refinished. Has very contemporary look.
Only problem was the bed, it was just not comfortable at all.

Nice clean hotel with a contemporary look. Enjoyed our stay except for the uncomfortable beds.

It was clean and very comfortable for Paris. The shuttle was very convenient.
Just far from city centre.

We found the room clean and fair size for a Paris hotel. Somehow a little far from the city centre. The shuttle from the La Defense Metro every 30 min was always on time and very convenient. One can also take a direct bus to Champ Elysee. The hotel staffs was very nice and helpful. ...read more

Comfortable and very clean room.
Not knowing about their shuttle service to and from the metro before checking in.

A great place to stay if you are a business traveler or just needing a place to lay your head after a long day of sightseeing. We really wished we had known about the shuttle.

It was very clean and modern.
The room was a bit small.

Everything about this hotel was great. I didn't expect for it to be so clean. Everyone there spoke English and was very helpful with directions and tips on what to do in Paris. I would definitely stay there again if I were to visit Paris again. ...read more

Excellent hotel, great rooms and view of the Eiffel tower!
Location was a bit of a pain to get to. Shuttle bus on ran every half hour.

Great hotel in the business District of Paris. Close to a Metro station. 20 minute walk or 2 minute ride on a shuttle bus that runs every half hour. Rooms are excellent quality along with staff.

High quality, low cost.
Location from central Paris.

An attractive hotel about 15 minutes by Metro from the main attractions. 10 minutes to get to the Metro at all.

Clean, professional, helpful staff, friendly area.
Staff booked a taxi for us, 20 Euro more that if we walked to the taxi stand out-front.

I would go back to this hotel. The Metro is very close, with the free shuttle to/from the station very convenient. Good restaurants close by and supermarket 2 min walk. Park 2 min walk. Taxi stand out-front. ...read more

Nice quiet neighborhood with everything you need close by.
Day staff very unfriendly night staff excellent.

Staying at the Mercury was a good way to get away from it all at the end of the day the short walk from the metro a time to wind down very quiet evenings shopping next door had everything you might need no regrets. ...read more

The hotel is short metro ride away form the tourist sights of Paris. They make it very easy to get to and from the hotel via a free shuttle. Otherwise its about a 20 minute walk through town and its not the best area. Hold onto your purse ladies! One thing I had a problem with is that at the metro station they close the door and shut down the normal entrance to the shuttle drop off/pick up after 10 PM. Be sure to ask them how to find the shuttle after hours! My boyfriend and I couldn't figure it out the first night and we got lost in the underground world of the metro! And its very easy to lose you way if you aren't familiar with where you are! Everything looks the same and its so large. Otherwise the hotel was fine. Its clean and simple. Don't expect anything fancy. Its a place to rest your head. ...read more
