I liked the location.

Parking first come first served was no lie. No spaces were left, which made "free parking" seem like a stretch.

The hotel was IN the city in a good location; this was good. It was clean and adequate and nothing more. Because it was affordable, there were a lot of young people, with all that that entails. I'd go again, but it's definitely economy. ...read more

Very old style hair dryer; drain in sink didn't work; old stains on bed cover. Even for the price just a little shabby. Employees are friendly and helpful except that I was charged $5. For having them make the reservation for the airport shuttle, which was another $15. The advertisement for the hotel seems to indicate the shuttle is complimentary. ...read more

Centric location, close the union center San Francisco, several bus routes nearby.

The hallways smelled like a bathroom at some point, the curtains had a huge stain of uncertain nature, the carpet was old and smelly.

The manager was receptive to advice, and took good care of us. He went above and beyond the call of duty.

The private parking lot provided by the hotel was locked a half hour early.

The area of town was a few blocks from the business district, and some good places to eat. Overall it was a great deal and I would stay there again.

Terrible customer service and accomodation.

The hotel failed to accomodate our request of 2 beds, demanding additional payment for a service that every other hotel happily fulfills.
