Hotel itself dated but for price it was not that bad. First room we were given had someone still in the room! Then given room right next door - the door had to be slammed to shut it (very loud!)Many residents sitting outside rooms on sidewalk in front of rooms with doors wide open, drinking beer and one sitting in boxer shorts!Felt very unsafe at this hotel. ...read more

Adequate for any budget minded traveler.

Initial room had a dead roach, had a strong odor like pesticide. Went to flush the dead roach, and the toilet wouldn't flush. Hotel attendant changed my room but asked me first if I had disturbed the room in any way (gotten in the bed, used towels, etc). I told her no in the five minutes since we had checked in. They should have been more apologetic and not been trying to grill me. My parents had a room next door where they killed 4 bugs, and had to fix the window which wouldn't lock. I would have given this hotel a higher rating but I couldn't use the tub. I had to go to the front desk to get a remote for the TV.

It was in a good, safe, location. The staff was friendly. I was put in a smoking room, it was hot (the AC unit was in a different section of the room). There was a dead roach on the bathroom floor. The shower was stopped up with hair and it was grimy. ...read more
