The room was not what we expected; it was musty smelling; very small and old; we attended a football game and upon arrival back in the room found that it had not been touched by housekeeping. When we called down to inquire we were told you must request housekeeping to service the room. We were asked to look for a magnet on the refrigerator that explained that. We should have been told upon check in what the policy was. Guests should not be expected to search the room for hotel policy. We were given clean towels as requested; however the tags from the manufacture were still attached; therefore they had not been washed before use.
