This is a new property, only minutes from the Knoxville Regional Airport (I could see the jets take-off and landings from the front entrance. Great staff, rooms, queen beds, wide screen television and quiet window AC. The staff was efficient, friendly and met all my expectations. ...read more

Clean, comfortable, very friendly staff, convenient to the Knoxville airport.
Would have appreciated an included breakfast.
The hotel was especially clean and nice, better than some 4 star hotels we have stayed in. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The staff was helpful, welcoming and genuinely concerned about our stay and satisfaction.
It was welcoming from the front desk staff to the room amenities. Very helpful people in this hotel and rooms were like home.

Hotel looked to be very new. Everything was clean.
Desk Manager not friendly.
The Desk Manager made my wife and I feel unwelcomed.
I only spoke with one of the regular desk clerks during the evening and he was very eager to help in any way.
